Senior Prom

- Prom Promise Form must be completed by all seniors and guests before purchasing tickets.
- Prom ticket cost and sales window TBD
- All tickets can be purchased on GoFan. Students with deficiencies of $50 or more will not be able to purchase a ticket until their deficiencies are paid down.
Vote in the first round to select the Prom Theme

- Check your email (including the spam folder) for a notification to verify how your name will be read at the Graduation Ceremony starting Monday, April 13

Graduation
Saturday, June 6, 2026, at George Mason University (GMU) EagleBank Arena, 4400 University Dr., Fairfax, VA
Processional begins at 8:45 a.m. The livestream will be available to view, bookmark the livestream site now.
- Tickets: Seven (7) graduation tickets will be distributed to each senior at the end of Graduation Rehearsal on June 5. Note: Senior Exit Survey must be completed before receiving graduation tickets.
- Accommodations: Accessible seating is provided at all portal entries for handicapped guests and one attendant.
- Parking and Entrance: Both become available at 8:00 a.m. at George Mason University. You will be required to walk through George Mason’s metal detection devices before entering the EagleBank Arena.
- There is a clear bag policy in place for all patrons. All bags will be searched upon entry. Please refer to the EagleBank Arena A-Z Guide for more information.
- Prohibited Items: Outside food/beverage, bottles, cans, coolers, noisemakers, air horns, projectiles, inflatable beach balls, Frisbees, fireworks, weapons, drugs, signs, balloons, silly string, flags, non-service animals, monopods, tripods, selfie-sticks, poles.
- Etiquette: All attendees must remain seated during the ceremony. Aisles and doors must remain clear.
- Individual Pictures: Lifetouch Studios will be taking individual pictures. Ordering information will be available at graduation.
- DVD/BluRay (HD): Available through Memories Videography. Order forms will be available at graduation or use http://tinyurl.com/AlexandriaHS-ordering
Morning of Graduation
- 6:30 a.m.: All seniors report to ACHS King Street Campus through doors 35/36.
- Students must wear a gown & grad cap with a tassel.
- NO CELL PHONES. Cell phones and other items are not allowed and will be available for pick-up after graduation at ACHS King Street from 1-2 p.m.
- Students must ride the ACPS school bus to GMU.
Immediately after Graduation
- Diplomas will be distributed by school counselors at GMU following the ceremony.
- Any items stored for graduates will be available for pick-up at ACHS King Street Main Office from 1-2 p.m.

Senior Exit Survey
- Naviance: About Me > Surveys from Your School > 2026 Senior Exit Survey (will be “live” by April 13)
- A completed Exit Survey will be required for participation in the Decision Day Celebration on May 1.
- Must be completed before graduation tickets are released.
Chromebook Collection Dates
Wednesday, June 3, Thursday, June 4 and Friday, June 5.
Collection to take place in front of the Auditorium. Seniors must return their Chromebooks and chargers.
