Testing

The testing responsibility of the School Counseling department includes conducting and facilitating student testing which is required for graduation, college entrance, and the military services, as well as assessing achievement and proficiency. Tests administered include:
- ACT
- Advanced Placement Tests (AP)
- Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB)
- Preliminary Scholastic Assessment Test (PSAT)
- Scholastic Assessment Tests (SAT I, SAT II)
Standardized testing is managed through the ACPS Department of Accountability.
