Mental Health Resources for Teens and Young Adults

If you or someone you know is struggling, let a trusted adult know. If the first adult doesn't help, keep trying until you get the help you need. With help, it gets better.

You are not alone! If you are experiencing a crisis or need to talk to someone, reach out to your Student Support Team (school counselor, social worker, or psychologist).
